Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Construction Scheduler to create, update and maintain computerized construction schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate with field teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure accurate timelines and on‑time project delivery.

Responsibilities include forecasting data, generating reports for management, and updating historical data. Must be able to travel overnight and work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Requires a 1-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Prior construction scheduling experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain construction schedules for projects.
• Coordinate with field and other departments to ensure accurate timelines.
• Meet with vendors and manage schedule adherence and revisions.
• Transfer field data into the scheduling system and provide management reports.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
