Alta Environmental & Infrastructure seeks a dependable Construction Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to provide scheduling and administrative support. You will coordinate with clients, field technicians, project managers, and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Training is available for those new to construction. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, stays organized, and can handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate construction-related inspection and testing services, and field appointments.
  • Answer incoming scheduling calls and respond to client emails.
  • Communicate appointment dates, times, locations, and job requirements accurately.
  • Review schedules and make adjustments when appointments change or conflicts arise.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with clients and field personnel as needed.
  • Enter and maintain accurate job and client information in company systems.
  • Prepare, organize, scan, and file documents and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support.
  • Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests promptly.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure scheduling needs are met.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler / Administrative Assistantto join our team. This position will provide administrative and scheduling support while coordinating with clients, field technicians, project managers, and other members of the team.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities. Construction industry experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
