Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction project schedules and monitor progress, making updates as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure that all tasks are scheduled correctly and completed within the designated timeframe.
• Identify potential delays or problems in the schedule and propose solutions to mitigate any negative impact.
• Utilize advanced scheduling software to maintain accurate and up-to-date project timelines.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the original plan and proposing corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insight and updates on the project schedule.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand and address any issues that may impact the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all scheduling activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential delays and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate schedule details to a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
