Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Scheduler for its construction team, based in Denver or Grand Junction. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and delivering monthly reports for multiple ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Excel, and MS Project. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other PM tools (Excel, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, PM principles, and scheduling concepts.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on scheduling strategy and problem-solving to the team.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure synchronized project efforts.
• Ensure project docs are updated per company standards.
• Conduct risk analysis for project schedules and propose mitigations.
