Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a Construction Sales/Project Manager in Chicago. You will support branch marketing, manage takeoffs, develop estimates and client proposals, and oversee contracts from bid to close.

You will build relationships with architects, owners, engineers and general contractors while ensuring quality and timely project execution. A strong sales mindset combined with project management skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist to fulfill branch marketing and sales goals.
• Perform takeoffs from blueprints and existing structures; develop estimates and client proposals.
• Prepare client billings and assist in collections as necessary.
• Develop business with architects, owners, engineers and GC's.
• Estimate and price work to maximize volume and profitability.
• Monitor project deployment to ensure quality and timely execution.
