The role involves collaboration across sales, purchasing, operations, and management, with emphasis on timely quotes, accurate orders, and strong customer service to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support, project management, admin, or customer service.
• Sitework construction-related projects or products preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints or building plans preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong time-management and multitasking; self-starter and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations, and management to drive profitable sales growth.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals on time.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts meticulously.
• Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain sales documentation for team use.
• Promote products through innovative marketing efforts.
• Manage inventory and coordinate deliveries with branches.
