Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Sales Professional in Newark, OH to drive growth in an established construction territory.

You will sell our DreamMaker design and costing software and oversee projects from start to finish, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Training through Cleary’s Steelwood University programs will equip you with product knowledge, pricing strategies, and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Building construction knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing DreamMaker – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
