Qualifications

Our full-time Sales Consultants are self-driven and motivated to increase market share within an assigned geographical territory, while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with long-standing customers. This territory includes Painesville, OH; Collinwood, OH; Lawrence, OH; and Steubenville, OH.

This challenging yet rewarding role operates in a team environment focused on delivering unparalleled quality buildings backed by superior warranties.

Successful Sales Consultants are career-minded, organized, and highly focused with a strong desire to succeed. They effectively integrate various technologies into their daily activities to manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion. Training is provided; however, candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to industry changes and market needs.

  • 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Capacity to grow existing market share and be available during construction hours
  • Coordinate all project participants, including MBI personnel and subcontractors, and manage permitting requirements
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimal overnight travel required
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the territory within 30 days of hire

Sales Consultants are provided with a company car, laptop, and cell phone to support their work within the assigned territory.

Our compensation package includes a monthly base salary with training subsidy and a commission structure, offering outstanding earning potential.
