Aspen Contracting is seeking a Sales Consultant - Roofing, Siding, Gutter Specialist to join our sales team in Arkansas. You will guide homeowners through assessing property damage, creating repair plans, and securing project bids from inquiry to final payment.

This role offers a commission-based structure with weekly pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities to travel to surrounding AR cities. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and potential for 401(k) and benefits after probation are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel or relocate within AR.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to set up appointments with potential clients.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and scope of work documents.
• Serve as liaison between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies.
• Monitor progress to ensure workmanship meets high standards and project Specifications.
