P1 Construction, LLC. is seeking a Safety Specialist for the Lawrence, KS office. This role focuses on safety training, audits, contractor coordination, and daily safety operations across Lawrence and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in safety, a high school diploma or GED, and a preference for a Safety and Health degree. OHST certification is a plus, with strong emphasis on background checks and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Safety and Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety training, shop and jobsite audits, contractor meetings, and day-to-day safety operations oversight.
• Safety for all manufacturing shops and construction in Lawrence and surrounding areas.
