Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and assess operations for compliance.
• Complete job hazard assessments and verify pre-construction safety plans.
• Assist industrial hygienist with measurements for noise, dust, heat, or other hazards.
• Research and summarize safety topics; reference standards (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI).
• Review and update safety program documents during annual reviews.
• Communicate safety policies with facility and contractor staff; support EHS/Safety Management Systems.
• Coordinate or deliver contractor safety orientations.
