Job summary

Kinsley Construction Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist based out of the York, PA area. You will implement safety measures, communicate safety requirements, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance across projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires OSHA certifications, strong communication, and the ability to commute to job sites. A safety-focused mindset and collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry with safety focus.
• OSHA 10 & 30 certifications required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Workers Comp, OSHA, MSHA, DOT and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Orient subcontractors to site safety requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of job sites and machinery for hazards and compliance.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field crews.
• Promote workplace safety in meetings with onsite management.
