Job summary

N-STORE Services is seeking a Safety Manager to support field teams on job sites nationwide and our Chesterfield, MO office. You will partner with the Senior Safety Manager to champion safety culture through coaching, training, compliance, and proactive risk management.

You will lead inspections, investigations, reporting, and training, ensuring OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance, and Walmart/Sam’s Club requirements where applicable, while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field or significant experience.
• Minimum of five years construction safety/risk management on-site.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50% and work nights as needed.
• Knowledge of EPA, RCRA, DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office; SharePoint, Spectrum and LMS365.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver Safety & Risk training per the Training Matrix.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports and audit documentation.
• Support Field Operations with safety standards on-site and provide supervision.
• Coordinate with Senior Safety & Risk Managers for daily reporting reviews.
• Participate in field coaching and toolbox talks; mentor superintendents.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions post-events.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart Construction Compliance Standards where applicable.
