The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and conducting site inspections to guarantee compliance with OSHA standards. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and contractors to promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, including permits, checklists, and compliance records.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety‑related issues on‑site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• OSHA certification (minimum OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety).
• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).
