High-Profile Data Center Safety Opportunity
Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Safety Specialist to represent the Owner on a high-profile, large-scale data center construction program in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity for an accomplished construction safety professional who understands the pace, complexity, and high standards associated with mission‑critical and data center construction.
The successful candidate will serve as a visible Owner’s Safety Representative, working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, project leadership, and field personnel to identify risk, verify compliance, drive corrective action, and strengthen the project's overall safety culture.
Data center / mission‑critical construction experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of construction safety experience representing or working directly for a General Contractor (GC).
This is an on‑site position. Only candidates currently residing within reasonable commuting distance of the Dallas–Fort Worth project area should apply. No travel allowance, per diem, or relocation assistance is provided.

This is an active, field-based construction safety position supporting a large-scale project.
The role requires the ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods; navigate active construction areas and uneven terrain; climb stairs and ladders; stoop and bend; access roofs and elevated work areas; enter permitted work areas as authorized; and lift or carry up to approximately 30 pounds.
The position may involve exposure to typical construction conditions, including noise, dust, changing temperatures, wind, rain, and other outdoor environmental conditions.
