Job summary

W. M. Jordan Company seeks a full-time Safety Manager in Virginia to lead our safety program across projects. You will conduct regular site inspections, train personnel, and work with trade partners to uphold a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety (construction preferred), CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications, plus a valid driver’s license. Federal project security clearance may be required; we offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience in a safety role (construction preferred).
• CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications required.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent listening skills and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections/audits of sites and offices.
• Manage W. M. Jordan’s Safety and Health Program.
• Conduct safety training for personnel and trade partners.
• Reinforce W. M. Jordan safety culture across regions.
