Job summary

Hubbard Construction Company in Orlando, FL seeks a qualified Safety professional with at least 3 years in construction safety. You will assist in developing policies, perform safety inspections, and lead trainings to improve on-site safety performance. Spanish communication skills are a plus.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and field knowledge of heavy highway/bridge construction. JOIN our team in a dynamic safety department.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety programs and site inspections.
• Ability to conduct safety training and audits.
• Ability to communicate safety requirements across management and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and overseeing the Project Safety Program.
• Conduct safety training, new hire safety training, and safety meetings.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and communicate hazards to teams.
• Assist with monitoring project safety compliance and record-keeping.
