Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required.
• Degree in a safety related field preferred.
• OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.
• Advance knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all aspects of safety operations on active commercial construction projects.
• Ensure full OSHA compliance and implementation of company safety policies.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, site audits, and inspections.
• Complete accident reports and lead investigations.
• Manage and enforce safety programs related to Fall Protection, Scaffolding, and Excavation.
• Proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Present safety updates and findings to project leadership.
