ERM is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to provide on-site support for our pharmaceutical client in Philadelphia, PA. You will observe construction activities from an EHS perspective, ensuring health and safety compliance and implementing company safety standards.
In this full-time, 12-month limited-term role, you will lead safety training, document activities, and coordinate with client EH&S personnel.
ERM is hiring an experienced Construction Safety Manager to provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Philadelphia, PA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing on-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective, ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards, and contributing to an environment where employee health and safety are preserved. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to any other project team members. This is a full-time (40+ hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 12 months, renewable.
For the Construction Safety position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $100,464 – $112,756.80, $48.30/hr. – $54.21/hr. USD, limited-term, non-exempt. An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).
