Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards.

We are looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented safety professional with excellent communication and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping (including injury/illness logs).
• Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed.
• Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety management.
• OSHA 510 is mandatory, preferred CHST.
• Strong background in large facility or data center builds.
• Report to and/or coordinate with the owner or client onsite HSE professional representative by communicating effectively.
• Exceptional communication - written & verbally.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.
• Must be able to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
