Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction safety experience.
• First Aid/CPR/AED training.
• OSHA 500 and BCSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend initial project meetings with staff and GC representatives to define safety roles.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with subcontractor safety reps and foremen.
• Establish and conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractor reps.
• Develop and implement safety procedures on site and ensure compliance.
• Review subcontractor safety training and maintain documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Support orientation for new employees and trade partners.
