Cherry Coatings seeks a Senior Safety Coordinator to lead project safety programs on active sites. You will attend kickoff meetings, conduct pre-planning safety sessions, and run weekly safety meetings with subcontractors to uphold regulatory compliance and company standards.
The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities, OSHA guidance familiarity, and a proactive approach to improving safety performance across projects.

The Senior Safety Coordinator will attend all initial meetings with the project staff and General Contractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the Project Safety Program. Will conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor safety representatives and/or foremen to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor's activity on site. The Safety Coordinator will also establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives.
