Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our on-site safety program and cultivate a culture of safety across projects in Phoenix. You will oversee safety documentation, onboarding, and training, and partner with project teams to integrate best practices on every site.

This role emphasizes leadership, incident prevention, and compliance with OSHA standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6+ years managing safety on large construction projects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience managing safety on large construction projects.
• 3+ years of field experience preferred.
• Ability to work with all construction groups and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is built into every project and culture.
• Oversee new hire safety documents and onboarding.
• Coordinate PPE, safety materials, and on-site safety documentation.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and incident reports; coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs with People Development and site teams.
• Investigate injuries and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Mentor Safety Coordinators and Specialists; support onboarding and development.
