Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field with 4+ years of construction safety experience.
• CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed; current First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S on a single construction project and enforce safety policies.
• Develop action plans to mitigate safety risks and train teams.
• Create site safety reports and track metrics to reduce incidents.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
• Hold preconstruction safety meetings and ensure OSHA training.
