Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Safety Manager to join our Houston, TX team. This full-time role leads site safety programs on large construction projects and ensures compliance with OSHA, state and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency. Data center or mission-critical project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CPR / First Aid certification required.
• CHST certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in fast-paced field environments.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation.
• Provide onboarding and safety training.
• Track certifications and training records.
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Ensure proper use of PPE.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership.
• Promote a safety-first culture.
