Lexicon seeks a Safety Supervisor to lead site safety on a new steel mill construction project. You will conduct inspections, enforce OSHA standards, and collaborate with site management to safeguard workers and the public.

This safety-sensitive role requires 3–5 years in construction safety, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and strong leadership. You will mentor craft personnel and drive a proactive stop-work culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction safety experience, preferably in heavy industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and audits; correct hazards.
• Monitor operations for OSHA compliance and site safety procedures.
• Develop and implement Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) with field teams.
• Ensure subcontractors follow EHS plan; perform joint safety inspections.
