Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead new-hire safety orientations, inspect worksites, and support site-specific safety plans. You will document findings, assist with JHAs, and help manage safety paperwork on active construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1.5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 and STSC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level safety orientations for new hires and subcontractors.
• Perform daily site safety inspections and document findings.
• Support site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Maintain on-site safety paperwork and logs.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
