Job summary

JB Henderson Construction is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Representative to implement and administer the corporate safety program onsite. You will analyze safety trends, prepare reports, and promote a safety-first culture among crews.

The role requires familiarity with CFR 1926, OSHA standards, and training coordination, with preferred experience in semiconductor/clean room environments and certifications such as OSHA 500, CHST, or CSHO. Travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous construction safety experience or knowledge of CFR 1926 required.
• Semiconductor/clean room experience strongly preferred.
• Current OSHA 500 Certification strongly preferred.
• CHST or CSHO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the corporate safety program at the job-site/area.
• Perform trend analysis and reporting activities.
• Promote safety culture and behavior aligned with company goals.
• Identify job-site safety requirements, equipment, and training needs; track training.
