CyberCoders seeks a Construction Site Safety Professional for a high tech project near Boise. You will support daily safety activities, field readiness, training, audits and compliance, working with crews and leadership in a fast paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction safety experience, CHST or ASP, and OSHA 30 certification to ensure robust safety leadership on site in Boise, ID.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years construction safety preferred.
• CHST or ASP required.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Support field safety programs, pre task planning, confined space, hot work, and JHAs.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and corrective actions.
• Deliver OSHA compliant training; perform lift and forklift proficiency tests.
• Participate in incident investigations and lessons learned.
• Manage respiratory program and annual fit testing.
• Perform scaffold inspections and fall protection checks.
• Assist with onboarding, subcontractor audits, and field walks.
• Prepare crews for confined space work including air monitoring and permitting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support field safety programs, pre task planning, confined space, hot work, and JHAs.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and corrective actions.
• Deliver OSHA compliant training; perform lift and forklift proficiency tests.
