Job summary

JHL Constructors is seeking a Safety Director to lead the safety team and oversee company-wide safety programs. You will ensure OSHA/MSHA compliance, organize training, and mentor personnel on safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Safety Manager.
• MSHA Part 48 experience preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 trainer certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs for office and field teams.
• Conduct monthly safety assessments and document findings.
• Review audits and enforce compliance standards.
• Lead safety training, JHAs, and exposure control plans.
• Support incident investigations and RCAs for injuries.
• Coordinate with HR and insurers on workers' comp matters.
