Job summary

Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Safety Associate to lead site safety in Indianapolis and serve as a key representative to the owner and contractors, driving a strong safety culture.

You will conduct daily safety activities, lead meetings, record findings, assist with investigations, and develop site-specific safety plans and JSAs/JHAs to ensure OSHA compliance. The role requires CSP/CIH/ASP/ARM/CHST/OHST or equivalent plus 3–5 years of construction

Qualifications

• CSP/CIH/ASP/ARM/CHST/OHST or equivalent credential plus 3 years of construction safety experience.
• 5+ years of relevant construction safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site safety and health activities, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain agendas, minutes, action items, and attendance records.
• Document inspection findings and track corrective actions through closeout.
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and required reporting.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, policies, JSAs/JHAs, and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA construction/general industry requirements.
• Provide ongoing safety training, coaching, and compliance guidance to site personnel.
• Work closely with the owner, contractors, subcontractors, and project leadership to drive a strong safety culture.
