Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Associate for an Ohio project.

You will maintain a strong field presence (90%+ on site) and conduct daily site walks to verify OSHA compliance and site-specific safety requirements. You will identify hazards, assess risks, and implement real-time corrective actions while partnering with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have strong field presence and ability to monitor job sites for safety compliance.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Summary:

• Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety conditions and behaviors.

Requirements:

• OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.


• Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.


• 5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.


• Ability to start this project as soon as possible.


• Must have excellent writing and computer skills.


• Great communication - written & verbal.
