Job summary

OnQGlobal in Boise/Idaho is seeking Construction Safety Facilitators to support large-scale projects across multiple industries. The role focuses on monitoring safety performance, ensuring OSHA compliance, and serving as the liaison between owner representatives, general contractors, and subcontractors.

The position is field‑oriented and suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, with responsibilities to promote a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Standards.
• Experience on ground-up construction projects (civil/structural).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 a major plus.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and relocate or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GC and subcontractor safety performance to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project requirements.
• Conduct daily site walks and safety observations.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site communications.
• Identify hazards and support mitigation strategies.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
• Track and communicate safety metrics and trends.
• Serve as a liaison between owner, GC, and field teams on safety matters.
• Promote a proactive, solutions-oriented safety culture on site.
