Safety Management Group is seeking a Safety Advisor – Construction in Minot, North Dakota. The role focuses on safety oversight during final construction stages, incident documentation, and reporting. Per diem is available for non-local candidates, with a typical schedule of 10 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with federal projects is a plus.
• Certifications listed in Education are preferred.
• Must be able to create reports and conduct safety analyses.
• Ability to represent the contractor in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety oversight during final stages of construction of a plane hangar.
• Conduct site safety observations and document findings.
• Create reports, run safety metrics, and use software programs.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and safety meetings.
• Represent the contractor in progress meetings.
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Develop incident management and support reporting.
• Conduct contractor program reviews and documentation.
