• BA/BS in a related field required.
• Experience in risk management for construction preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance programs (OCIP/CCIP) helpful.

• Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks across XL Construction projects.
• Lead risk register workshops and risk reviews.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans with project teams.
• Coordinate with insurers, legal, and leadership on claims and disputes.
