Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Construction Risk Management Project Manager in Irvine, CA to plan, execute, review, and finalize projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and timeliness, coordinating with client and Partner teams, conducting site visits, and preparing progress reports. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle.
• Coordinate the efforts of Partner team members and associates to deliver projects on plan.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the Client and Partner teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct occasional site inspections.
• Occasionally write reports.
• Communicate project scope, timelines and changes to the team and client.
