General Overview of Position
This position will provide coordination and monitoring of all Third Party Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) services for projects assigned by the Vice President of Quality Assurance/Technical Services (VPQA). These projects may include local and remote projects with elements of coordination within regional/market based scheduling, field operations, reporting, and accounting.
This position shall manage scope and critical path for assigned projects to ensure that all services and SOW are delivered per contract and schedule in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). In addition, the position shall entail periodic site audits, with or without local field observers present, occurring as assigned by the VPQA.
The ideal candidate shall have effective written and oral communication skills, be able to review and analyze information used to plan and schedule construction projects, generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects.
