Job summary

CareMaster is seeking a Construction Restoration Project Manager in Greenville, NC to lead field projects and deliver outcomes from start to finish. You will manage homeowners, insurance partners, subcontractors, and internal teams while driving profitability and timely completion.

This in-person role leverages experience in restoration, construction, and insurance claims. You will oversee estimates, scope changes, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality at every site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing construction, restoration, remodeling, mitigation, or insurance repair projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and repair sequencing.
• Experience working with insurance claims, adjusters, scopes, supplements, or carrier documentation.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Familiarity with DASH, Microsoft Office, and digital project management systems.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, field teams, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs without losing control of details.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, including background check and motor vehicle record review, in accordance with company standards and applicable law

CareMaster is hiring a Construction Restoration Project Manager for our Greenville, NC operation.

We are looking for a field-focused project leader who can manage residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, Xactimate estimating, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication.

CareMaster is a family-owned restoration and general contracting company with more than 55 years of service in North Carolina. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage. Our Greenville market is growing, and we need a strong operator who can lead projects, protect profitability, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving.

This is not a desk-only project management role. This is a field leadership position for someone who can own the job, lead people, solve problems, and deliver results.

What you’ll do

Schedule and location

• Based out of our Greenville, NC operation
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime, weekend, and emergency availability as needed
