CES Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Construction Representative to join the Owners Advisor team on a 100% client-site project in the United States. The ConRep will monitor construction activities managed by the CMAR, ensuring compliance with contract documents, submittals, and project procedures.

The role may involve pre-construction activities and direct field coordination with inspectors and contractors. The ideal candidate has extensive construction management experience, including

• Minimum 10 years construction management experience in the Municipal and/or private sector.
• Minimum 5 years construction management experience in water and wastewater industry.
• Exposure to linear rehabilitation work preferred.
• Prior experience directing field teams or inspectors.
• Experience in evaluating contractor submitted proposed change orders, analyzing
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of trenchless technologies, sewer rehabilitation methods, and utility construction.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Familiarity with P6 CPM scheduling and ability to review and validate contractor schedules.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
• DBIA or Associate DBIA certification.

Position Title: Construction Representative
Location: 100% client site location
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000, depending on qualifications

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, subject to needs of the project

Position Overview

The Construction Representative (ConRep) is a key field-based member of the Owners Advisor (OA) team, responsible for monitoring and coordinating construction activities performed by the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The ConRep provides oversight of the CMAR and is responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out in strict compliance with contract documents, approved submittals, DC Water procedures, and established collaborative delivery best practices. The ConRep may also be involved in pre-construction activities.

Qualifications
