Qualifications

• Construction industry experience required.
• Rental experience preferred, construction-related.
• GM/branch management experience.
• Experience supervising both field and office staff.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Financial responsibility including budgets and invoicing.
• Safety/OSHA compliance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Construction Manager to drive delivery quality and safety.
• Lead Sales collaboration to target market, product, and price.
• Provide leadership for employee relations through coaching and training.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety training compliance.
• Oversee inventory, material planning and cost control.
• Manage accounts payable, invoicing, and payroll.
• Onboard new hires and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
