PVBFabrications is seeking a Construction Recruiter to join our growing team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried roles, partnering with hiring managers across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas to staff skilled trades and field personnel for fast-paced projects.

The role demands high organization, proactive pipelines, and excellence in candidate experience, with travel to project sites and strict adherence to safety and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience in construction/industrial/manufacturing/mining/skilled trades environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly craft and field personnel.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Experience using ATS, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas for traveling professionals.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
• Review applications and qualifications; conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills and fit.
• Verify required certifications (OSHA, MSHA, AWS, NCCER, and others).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers with consistent communication.
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, and paperwork.
• Attend job fairs and events to promote opportunities and strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other recruiting and HR duties as assigned.

KeyResponsibilities

• Managethefull-cyclerecruitmentprocessforhourlyandsalariedpositions,fromjobrequisitionthroughsourcing,screening,interviewing,offer,placement,andonboarding.
• Build,maintain,andproactivelydeveloptalentpipelinesandcandidatedatabases,includingtravelingcraftprofessionalsavailableforshort-andlong-termprojectsacrossArizona,NewMexico,andTexas.
• Managemultipleopenrequisitionssimultaneouslywhilemeetinghiringtimelinesandprojectstaffingrequirements.
• Reviewapplications,resumes,andcandidatequalifications;conductphone,virtual,andin-personinterviewstoevaluatetechnicalskills,experience,reliability,culturefit,andoverallqualifications.

Qualifications

• ExperienceusingApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS),MicrosoftOffice,LinkedInRecruiter,andmodernsourcingtechnologies.
• Abilitytoworkextendedhoursandtraveltoprojectsitesandotherbusinesslocationsasneeded.
