Position Information

TxDOT is looking for a detailed-oriented individual to support our team by maintaining accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects. In this role, you’ll assist with tracking materials, verifying work reports, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You’ll work closely with supervisors to keep everything organized and running smoothly. If you’re organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy a mix of recordkeeping and administrative work.

This job opening is for one Construction Recordkeeper I or II depending on business need and applicant's qualifications and experience. Qualification and experience will determine the applicant's position and pay. The Texas Department of Transportation reserves the sole right in determining the level of position based on the applicant’s work experience, education, skill level and all other appropriate factors, and based on business needs.

Construction Recordkeeper I – A16 | $44,400 - $61,130 yearly
Construction Recordkeeper II – A18 | $45,521 - $71,055 yearly
