Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with commercial and construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses.
• Participate in depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Review and draft construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related agreements.
• Assist clients with construction claims, payment disputes, public bidding issues, mechanic's liens, bond claims, and contract administration matters.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts.
• Support transactional and business matters as needed.
