Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation. About the Position: An ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction quality & safety oversight or a background in construction mgmt. Possess an in-depth knowledge of construction standards, inspections, methods, & techniques, especially as they pertain to quality assurance surveillance and control of construction operations.
