Qualifications

• 3–5 years in QC management within construction.
• Knowledge of healthcare, mission critical, commercial tenant improvements.
• Federal project experience is a MUST.
• Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with QC software and related tools.
• Professional QC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality across construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client specs.
• Develop and implement QC processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify quality issues or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and teams to meet quality goals.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for QC problems.
• Prepare and present quality reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on QC procedures and best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and QC methods.
