Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the implementation and management of the QC program across projects nationwide. You will coordinate inspections, manage documentation, and work with Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver a compliant, high-quality product on time and within budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–15 years of construction experience, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to walk a job site

• 5–15 years of progressive construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to walk a job site and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Chair, plan and schedule weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written reports.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and establish the Quality Program.
• Provide ongoing status updates to executive management with recommendations.
• Manage and support quality teams in implementing the quality program.
• Identify standards and procedures for specific tasks.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and verification of materials and systems.
