Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for managing and performing daily quality control responsibilities for specific projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with contract documents. This role includes direct oversight and review of the documentation and physical inspection phases of the workflow process. The manager will collaborate with other in-house personnel, such as Project Managers and Superintendents, as well as external personnel, to produce and document a quality product.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year.

Monthly per diem check ($3k+), Truck allowance ($750/month), Cell phone $85/month, 401k match at 4% after first year, Project Bonus per job based on net profit.

This is a fully onsite position in North Charleston, SC.
