Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Construction Quality Control Manager to lead quality control and safety for commercial construction projects. The role focuses on overseeing QA/QC programs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all work meets contract specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of commercial GC experience, proficiency with BlueBeam, LEED, and Procore, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial general contracting experience.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction means, methods, inspections, and submittal management.
• Proficiency in BlueBeam, LEED, Procore, and other project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Degree preferred in CM/CE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the quality control and safety programs for all construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Review and approve submittals per contract documents.
• Use BlueBeam, LEED, Procore to maintain schedule and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and team to resolve quality issues.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial general contracting experience is required.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, construction inspections, and submittal management.
• Proficiency in BlueBeam, LEED, Procore, and other project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certification in LEED, OSHA, or other relevant areas is a plus.
