Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Quality Specialist to serve as onsite quality advocate across project lifecycles in Ridgeland, Mississippi. You will drive the Quality Implementation Plan, verify critical activities, and promote a culture of long-term quality and client confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of relevant experience; or 2–4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a high school diploma.
• Familiar with conducting field tours, using BIM tools, and delivering clear, actionable reports.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Initiates a Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for each assigned project.
• Leads design quality kick-off meetings and ensures 30% and 100% design reviews are completed and signed.
• Identifies quality risks and develops mitigation strategies early.
• Reviews final design documents and geotechnical reports; advises project leadership on critical findings.
• Oversees mechanical piping QA/QC, including weld inspections, material verification, hydrostatic testing, and compliance with project specifications and codes.
• Prepares and distributes lessons learned and final QIP reports.
• Produces timely, well-structured QA reports.
