Standard Construction Company, Inc. in Cordova, TN seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC department, ensure product quality, and support sales and customers with reliable testing and material submittals.

You will build partnerships across operations, manage a team, maintain QC/QA processes to meet state and federal requirements, and mentor staff while upholding safety, integrity and quality. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in quality control, and 2+ years of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of quality control experience.
• 2+ years of supervising staff.
• Geology Engineering or technical degree may substitute for experience.
• Certifications: ArDOT/TDOT/MDOT where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop a team upholding Safety, Integrity & Quality.
• Support safe production with a goal of ZERO incidents.
• Maintain QC/QA processes to meet regulations.
• Manage customer communications and timely sample testing.
• Mentor staff in technical, operational and supervisory skills.
• Oversee training, certifications and lab equipment maintenance.
• Ensure timely onsite attendance and compliance with policies.
